Lord Rhyolith has been live on the PTR and hasn't got much attention probably due to his fight mechanics being more similar to rowing a paddleboat in circles than anything else. Tanks are already complaining that this fight is boring because there isn't much tanking going on here. Heres the basics of the fight.
Lord Rhyolith is constantly walking forward throughout the fight and you try to maneuver by attacking his legs to steer him in the direction you want him to go. Attack his right leg and he goes right, attack his left leg, you get the idea. While moving him you can direct him through volcanoes that will weaken him. Meanwhile adds will periodically spawn and lava with shoot from the ground from cracks in the ground.

So basically, get him to walk over the volcanoes and make sure your not standing on the lava cracks. This fight isn't the hardest thing we have ever seen and sure the idea for the fight mechanic came from a trip to Lake Tahoe but it still works.
